Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that jewelry, lingerie, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
